4. الإرجاع والاستبدال

يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال القمصان خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون:

غير مستخدمة.

في حالتها الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والتغليف.

يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو تم إرساله بشكل خاطئ من قبلنا.

المبالغ المستردة تعاد بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 5 – 10 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if:

Unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after inspection.
